NOSH Launches 2026-2028 Strategic Plan: Superior Care, Closer to Home
January 2026 – The North of Superior Healthcare Group (NOSH) is pleased to announce the release of their 2026-2028 Strategic Plan: Superior Care, Closer to Home.
Shaped by input from staff, community members, and partner organizations, the plan reflects what people told us matters most: high-quality local care, supported healthcare teams, and access that keeps care close to home.
“This plan gives us focus and a shared direction,” said Adam Brown, Chief Executive Officer of NOSH. “We listened to our communities and our teams, and this strategy turns what we heard into clear priorities for the years ahead.”
The plan is organized around five strategic directions:
- Caring for the People Who Care for Our Communities
- Providing Community-Based Care Grounded in Dignity and Quality
- Leading Improvements in Community Health Through Partnership and Innovation
- Closing Gaps in Rural Health Access
- Building Unity Across NOSH Sites
Iain R. Lamb, Strategy Manager, said this plan reinforces NOSH's accountability to the people and communities it serves. “This strategic plan reflects the realities of rural healthcare and our responsibility to plan for the long term. It strengthens what we do today while positioning NOSH to meet tomorrow's challenges.”
