The Assisted Living Program (ALP) is designed to each individual needs, likes and dislikes which means no two packages are the same. The ALP's goal is to make living in an individual's home achievable.


What is Assisted Living?

It is a program designed for Seniors 65 and over who require assistance with daily living tasks through home supports and services. Services are provided by PSW's, and several other health care professionals.

Some services include: assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, personal care and hygiene, medication monitoring, meal preparation, banking or paying bills, grocery ordering, general wellness checks and more.  


Who is eligible?

Seniors 65 and over, living at home in Terrace Bay, Schreiber, Marathon who require personal care support and are considered High Risk, as assessed by Ontario Health at Home
