The North of Superior Healthcare Group, Wilson Memorial and McCausland Hospital's have immediate openings for a Full-Time Physiotherapist at both sites.
We are recruiting full-time Physiotherapists to join our multi-disciplinary team. In addition to the salary and CME, there are plenty of opportunities for learning and growth in an environment that fosters teamwork and creativity. We welcome applications from experienced practitioners as well as new graduates.
This position will provide Physiotherapy services to the Wilson Memorial General Hospital, in Marathon, along with Barrick Care Long Term Care Home (anticipated opening in the summer of 2025) or The McCausland Hospital in Terrace Bay, along with Wilkes Terrace Long Term Care Home. This position offers a widely variable caseload, including outpatients, acute care, complex continuing care inpatients and long term care.

INCENTIVES:
$1000 recruitment allowance
$500 accommodation allowance for three (3) months
$1500 at the completion of probation
$2500 following one (1) year of employment

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Is a graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy and is licensed to practice with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Strong communication skills
- Able to exercise independent judgment
- Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide direction and support to a Rehab Assistant & Recreation Therapist
- Bilingual an asset
